But overall, I personally believe that you should aim to exercise for at least one hour a day for five days a week. It keeps your health in check with the recommended 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. This really helps you stay in shape and counters the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle that remote work brings as collateral damage.
